Wild Women for Impact: Give, Grow, Change Lives!

Wild Women for Impact is a powerful movement for women in business who believe that success and social impact go hand in hand. By integrating philanthropy as a core pillar of business growth, we’re creating meaningful change while strengthening our brands, purpose, and legacy.

By donating collectively, we amplify our impact. And as part of the launch, you can double your impact! The first $1,000 donated will be matched by Wild Women in Business and the Payton Foundation—doubling the power of your generosity!

Choose Where to Make a Difference:

Girls with old water pump

Te-Kworo Water Project – Providing the 780 students at KworoHigh School in Pader improved water and sanitation facilities. With only one manual pump borehole, water collection is time-consuming and exhausting. Showers and bathrooms lack water connections, compromising hygiene. With your help, we can install a solar-powered water system, add multiple water access points, and build additional latrines, significantly improving health, safety, and comfort for the students.

Southern Peninsula Community Support (SPCS) Women’s Homelessness Services – Each night, 1000 people experience homelessness on the Mornington Peninsula. 29% of rough sleepers are women. Your donation will provide women sleeping rough with an outreach worker, food, showers, laundry services, essential supplies and housing pathways to help regain stability.

Together, we are redefining business success—not just by what we build, but by the lives we uplift.

Experience Impact Firsthand

Join us on the Payton Foundation Immersion Trip (August 9–20, 2025). This is a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Uganda and explore the impact of the work we support. In Uganda, you’ll:
– Visit the Te-Kworo school facilities in Pader, Kitgum, and Nwoya, where you can meet the passionate teachers and resilient students who make it all possible. One of these schools is where the water well we are raising funds for will be installed.
– Witness the incredible care provided at the Te-Kworo Medical Clinic.
– See first-hand the transformative work at Watoto, where over 3,000 children and babies are supported holistically.
– Visit the homes of empowered women in Watoto Neighbourhood Mothers program
– Explore sustainable education initiatives at Watoto Bobi Agriculture College.

No trip to Africa is complete without a safari. We’ll take you to see Elephants, Giraffes, Antelope, Chimpanzees, Hippos and if you’re really quiet, Lions and Leopards too. The final itinerary is still being refined, but we’ll ensure it’s an unforgettable experience.

For the Uganda itinerary, the cost is $3,500, which includes accommodation, food, in-country transport, a safari, and more. Flights, visas, snacks and souvenirs are additional. We’ll provide suggested flights to Entebbe (Kampala).
