Our Payton Foundation team members dedicated to the running and organising of incredible partnerships between charities and investors alike, to help transform lives in the communities of less fortunate circumstances, than our own.
Payton Foundation Fund (Public Ancillary Fund)
The Payton Foundation Fund is a Public Ancillary Fund registered with the ACNC and ATO and is a Deductible Gift Recipient (from 5 July 2017). That means that Gifts/Donations over $2 are tax deductible. This Fund facilitates Donor Advised Giving Funds. Donations received in this fund can only be applied to charities who are also Deductible Gift Recipients.
100% of all donations will be passed through to partner organisations.
Admin costs of the Fund and Trustee are borne by the Ruth Payton Foundation Ltd.

Ruth Payton Foundation Ltd
Ruth Payton Foundation Ltd (formerly Payton Foundation Ltd) is a company limited by guarantee and is a charity in its own right, registered with the ACNC and has Tax Concession Charity status with the ATO but is NOT a deductible gift recipient.
It was established in 2011 when Payton Capital Ltd gifted 20% of its shares. The generated from the sale of these shares in July 2024 funds the administration of the company, the Fund and the PBI, and also funds work with partner organisations.

Seeding Hope Ltd (Public Benevolent Institution)
Seeding Hope Ltd is a company limited by guarantee and is a charity in its own right, registered with the ACNC and being a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) it is a Deductible Gift Recipient. It supports organisations in Australia and overseas to relieve poverty and distress which are not registered as DGR’s in Australia.
